Test Manager
Hybrid Vollzeit Testing / Quality Assurance
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing for global Infor ERP rollouts, ensuring business-critical changes are thoroughly planned and ready for successful implementation. You will take end-to-end ownership of testing activities across an international project environment, from strategy and planning to execution, reporting and continuous improvement. This role combines strategic test leadership with hands-on coordination across major digital transformation programmes. You will work with central teams, local implementation leads, business stakeholders and automation specialists in a collaborative, multi-cultural setting.
- Key Responsibilities● Lead end-to-end test management for global Infor ERP implementation and transformation programmes ● Define, source and manage the test data strategy in collaboration with relevant teams ● Prepare test plans using MS Project, Jira or similar tools and coordinate priorities with stakeholders ● Manage Zephyr Scale including test case repositories, test cycles and execution workflows ● Support test automation strategy by working with automation teams ● Apply ISTQB test management principles and communicate clear roles and responsibilities ● Lead stand-up meetings and stakeholder forums across SIT, UAT and other testing phases ● Provide regular status updates on testing activities, milestones and delivery readiness ● Follow up proactively with team members and stakeholders to drive accountability ● Travel to project locations during critical testing phases to provide on-site leadership
- Skills● Must-have: ⁃ Test Management in large transformation projects ⁃ EDI-related testing and ERP environments ⁃ Infor ERP experience ⁃ Multiple test types and phases (smoke, regression, unit, SIT, UAT) ⁃ Food and beverage industry processes ⁃ MS Project or similar planning tools ⁃ Jira and Zephyr Scale ⁃ Advanced Excel skills ⁃ Test automation concepts and collaboration ⁃ ISTQB test management principles ⁃ IT service management and project management ⁃ Change management ⁃ Stakeholder management and communication ⁃ English language proficiency ● Nice-to-have: ⁃ German language ⁃ ISTQB Foundation Level or Certified Test Manager certification ⁃ Test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright) ⁃ ITIL or PRINCE2 certification
