DEMO JOB: Working Student Social Media & Content Marketing (m/f/d)

Remote Praktikum 1. Dezember 2026 Marketing

CometHire is seeking a remote working student to take ownership of social media and content marketing. The role focuses on LinkedIn and Instagram content, lead generation, performance tracking, brand guidelines, and content automation. The position is 15 hours per week and pays €20 gross per hour. The anticipated start date is 1 December 2026.

Key Responsibilities
● Own the content strategy and content plan for LinkedIn and Instagram. ● Publish three LinkedIn posts per week for CometHire and the co-founder’s personal profile. ● Build CometHire’s Instagram channel from scratch. ● Generate leads through content, pass them to the sales funnel, and promote events. ● Track content performance and use data to inform decisions. ● Develop brand guidelines and set up automations, including with AI tools, to speed up content creation.
Skills
● Must-have: ⁃ Fluent written and spoken English and German (C1) ⁃ Regularly published content on LinkedIn or Instagram and can provide examples ⁃ Works independently and reliably in a remote setting ⁃ Currently enrolled at a university ● Nice-to-have: ⁃ Active personal profile with an existing following ⁃ Experience with video content or AI and automation tools
