● Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features and optimizations ● Support planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., usability tests, interviews, surveys) ● Analyze user feedback and data to derive hypotheses for design decisions ● Collaborate between design and development to ensure technical feasibility and precise implementation ● Work with and contribute to the evolution of the design system

● Must-have:   ⁃ German (C2, native-level)   ⁃ Fluent English   ⁃ Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, HCI, or equivalent   ⁃ 1-2 years of practical UX/UI experience (internships, work-study, or professional roles)   ⁃ Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design process and skills   ⁃ Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam)   ⁃ Strong user-centric design mindset and aesthetic sense   ⁃ Team player with strong communication and feedback skills ● Nice-to-have:   ⁃ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS   ⁃ Experience in the healthcare sector
