● Support the planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability tests, user interviews, and surveys. ● Analyze user feedback and product analytics to develop hypotheses for design decisions. ● Collaborate with product managers, developers, experienced UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented. ● Apply the design system consistently and contribute to its further development. ● this is a test requirement

● Must-have:   ⁃ German at native-speaker level (C2) and very good English   ⁃ Degree in UX design, interaction design, media informatics, human-computer interaction, or a comparable qualification   ⁃ Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI skills and design process   ⁃ User-centered design and ability to justify design decisions based on user needs   ⁃ Communication, collaboration, and openness to giving and receiving feedback ● Nice-to-have:   ⁃ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS   ⁃ Experience in the healthcare sector
