Wen Cheng, one of Germany's most exciting food concepts specializing in authentic handmade Chinese noodles, is seeking a Social Media Manager for their Berlin headquarters. You will develop content strategy, manage community engagement, build creator relationships, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
● Develop and continuously improve content strategy and editorial calendar across all channels ● Monitor key performance indicators and optimize formats and channels based on data-driven insights ● Strengthen digital brand identity and actively engage with target audience through comments and direct messages ● Build and manage strategic partnerships with creators and influencers aligned with company culture ● Plan and execute social media campaigns and advertisements on Meta and TikTok ● Tell compelling stories about food, culture, and community across all channels
Skills
● Must-have: ⁃ Social Media Management ⁃ Social Media Analytics Tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite) ⁃ Creator and Influencer Relations ⁃ German Language (very good) ⁃ English Language (C1 level minimum) ⁃ Food, Lifestyle or Hospitality Industry Experience ● Nice-to-have: ⁃ Photo and Video Production ⁃ Video Editing ⁃ Community Management ⁃ Paid Social Campaign Management ⁃ Editorial and Planning Tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite)
